Residential Cleaning

At Student Maid™, our goal is to make you say, “Wow!” after each service. We strive to put as much effort and heart into the care of your home as you would. Our detailed, customizable checklist makes things as easy as 1-2-3 and ensures that our crews are on the same page with each other and with you.

Residential cleaning services start at $65/hour for a two-person cleaning team, no matter the size of your home. We have a one-hour minimum, but after that, you are welcome to set a time limit so that you can control how much you spend. If you’d like to set up a regular cleaning schedule, we’ll offer you a flat rate after your first cleaning. The regular flat cleaning rate is always less than the $65/hour rate. We also have a trip fee associated with each service that varies based on where you live.

Unlike other cleaning companies, we don’t offer one-size-fits-all packages. Our checklist, which covers your home from ceiling fans to baseboards, is fully customizable: It provides a list of duties for each room that you can add to or remove as you wish. You can change this checklist each time so that each cleaning is exactly what you need. Simply print it out, cross off the items you don’t want, and add anything extra to the bottom. The students will follow this list when they clean. It’s that easy!

We try to schedule the same teams to clean your home each time (class schedules permitting) so they learn your unique preferences, but please keep in mind that it’s not always possible. Commercial Cleaning

Our crews are even willing to work after hours so we don’t interfere with your work day. During each office cleaning, Student Maid™ crews never touch any desks (unless requested) because we recognize that they are home to important and confidential documents. We work with you to create a customized checklist for your cleaning to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction in your workplace. We’ll bring all the necessary cleaning supplies and use our high-end commercial equipment, but we’re happy to use your products if you prefer. Move-In or Move-out Cleaning

Get on the move with Student Maid™! We specialize in move-in and move-out cleanings for properties owned by individuals, realtors, and property managers. Over the years, we’ve worked with many local apartment communities to handle move-out cleanings during student turnover, and we regularly schedule teams for residential move-outs. If you’re searching for move-out cleaning experts, look no further!

We typically follow a detailed move-out checklist that includes common move-out cleaning requirements, but you may customize the list as needed. Additionally, if your property manager or realtor has provided you with a list, we’ll be happy to follow those directions to a T. Move-out cleaning services start at $85/hour for a two-person cleaning team, no matter the size of the apartment, office, or home. Parking, Refund, and Cancellation Policies

Parking: Please make sure you can direct our team members to tow-free, ticket-free parking spaces within a reasonable distance of the property. If for any reason our team members are towed or issued a ticket after parking in a space in which you specified them to park, it is your responsibility to pay 100% of the towing fees or fines.

Refunds: Should you have any concerns regarding your service, you must reach out to Student Maid within 24 hours of our team members completing the service, especially if you would like to request a touch-up cleaning or full/partial refund.

Cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50. However, if you notify us of changes more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, you will not be charged. Situations that would result in a cancellation fee after the team arrives for the appointment include, but are not limited to: no running water and/or electricity; unsafe or hazardous environment (i.e. excessive mold, pest/bug infestation); team is unable to access the property (doors are locked and no key is provided, no one is there to let them in, etc.) and they are unable to reach you; no available parking.
