We that believe feedback is crucial to growth, so when we send follow-up surveys after we provide a service, we encourage our customers to provide honest feedback. Despite completing our thorough training program, it’s possible that our team members may mess up from time to time. When that happens, we sit down with them to help them figure out what went wrong and how they can learn from the experience.
